Never Lose Hope
Even When the Night Forgets to Leave_
There are nights when the sky feels heavier than your chest,
when silence moves into your room and acts like it owns the place.
When “tomorrow” sounds like a word people made up
just to keep the tired ones from quitting today.
I know that night.
I’ve sat in it.
With a cracked phone, $0.01 balance, and prayers that felt like whispers
bouncing off the ceiling with nowhere to land.
Protocols of delay shouting, “It’s too late.”
Doubt creeping in like cold wind through a broken window.
But listen to me hope is not loud.
Hope doesn’t come with drums and fireworks.
Hope is stubborn.
It’s the small ember under the ash you forgot was there.
It’s the breath you take after the tears run dry.
It’s your mama’s voice saying, _“Joy, character is more expensive than comfort,”_
even when your stomach is empty.
Hope is the bridge you can’t see,
but your feet still know how to find.
It’s halfway between “what was” and “what might be,”
where the wind screams “turn back,”
but something in your chest beats louder: “Keep going. You are here.”
Dawn doesn’t ask permission before it comes.
It doesn’t check if you’re ready, or worthy, or if you slept well.
It just arrives soft, gold, and certain
after the longest, darkest night you thought would never end.
So if today your hands are shaking,
if your faith feels thin like old paper,
if “zero hour” is all you know right now
don’t let go.
Hold on to the cracked version of you.
Hold on to the version that still types prayers on a broken screen.
Hold on to the version that shows up for others
even when nobody shows up for you.
Because across this night
is a version of you
who made it.
Who became the answer to someone else’s prayer.
Who learned that falling doesn’t disqualify you
it teaches you how to rise with dignity.
Never lose hope.
Not because life is easy.
But because you are not finished yet.
The God of the Protocols Breaker
is still writing your story.
And the best chapters?
They always come after the chapter where you wanted to quit.
So breathe.Stay.Believe.The light is coming.And so are you. #NeverLoseHope #ProtocolsBreaker #ZeroHour# #news
